Real Life, only with more punchlines

So today's comic is based on actual events from my life over the weekend. 'Cept it wasn't my brother who was there, it was one of my roommates. Regardless, it's rather depressing that a good part of my weekend was wasted trying to fix something that took all of an hour to actually fix, when we finally got to working on it. Car repairs are the very essesnce of futility, I think.

At least the people in the apartments by where your car stopped didn't end up calling the cops.

Hey, how did you get the car jumped?

The car is, thankfully, taken care of. Everything works. My roommate's father came out and helped us take care of it. A prybar was involved at one point, and I don't own one of those. That's why it was a good thing we had Tim's dad, and why I couldn't have actually done this by myself.

The actual installation of the new alternator was really quite easy, and could have been done just by myself and Tim.
